All mattresses, headboards, footstools, and divan items are hand made by our team of highly skilled workers at our workshop and showroom in Inverness.

We can make almost any size of mattress – our workers love a challenge. Just give us a call with your dimensions and we will see what we can do.

We have advice to browse through on each mattress, however, we would recommend coming to see us in our showroom where possible! Let one of our experienced sales assistants lead you around mattress alley, they can give you advice on the best product suited to your needs.

We have a mattress and base to suit every budget. If you would like to go through the options, please give us a call on 01463 233662 and our showroom staff will be delighted to help.

Due to hygiene reasons, our team will not remove old mattresses, bases etc. If you struggle with moving your old bed out of situ please speak to our delivery team – our team do have protective clothing on them and will use their discretion as to whether they will move it. There is a fantastic team based in Inverness called New Start Highland, dependant on condition and relevant fire certificates they may take the mattress away and repurpose it free of charge. Their contact number is 01463 715615.

Unfortunately, as all items are handmade to order this is not an affordable option we can provide as a charity. Please refer to our guarantee/returns policy for further information.

We aim to work on a time scale of 2-3 weeks where possible. We do all local deliveries ourselves – further afield deliveries will be arranged with our reliable courier throughout the UK.

All website orders get forwarded to our showroom team, they will liase with our production staff to get you a timescale. Look out for an email from them with your expected delivery date.

• Our showroom staff will call you the day before your confirmed delivery date with a morning or afternoon slot, unfortunately, exact timings cannot be given due to external factors outwith our control.

• In order to keep our delivery team safe, please make sure driveways and entranceways are free of slip and trip hazards i.e. in wintery weather paths and steps are cleared.

• We would hate for any damage to come to your property – to avoid bumps or wall scrapes ensure the route to the room is free of frames and ornaments. If you are ordering large items, make sure the door and stairs can accommodate the purchase.

• If you have opted for premium delivery at time of purchase and multiple items are to be made up, the first item will be charged at £30 and £10 per item thereafter*

• *Each set of bunk beds will be £50 per set due to the time taken to build each item.

Standard delivery 

 Standard delivery charge includes the driver taking beds/furniture into a requested room if desired by the customer, but not assembled or the packaging material removed. Cost is determined by milage from our Inverness showroom.

Premium delivery:

With our Premium Delivery service, we aim to provide you with a hassle-free experience and the luxury you deserve. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of every detail, so you can enjoy your new bed from the moment it arrives.

Tier 1 Premium Delivery 

Experience convenience and luxury with our Premium Delivery service – where your bed is flawlessly made up, and headboard and base packaging disposed of* for a truly elevated experience in the comfort of your own home. Charge includes one mattress and base with headboard or one standard wooden bed build. Price for single Premium Delivery is £30.

Tier 2 Premium Delivery  

Assembly of any additional items on top of original premium delivery. Price per additional item is £10.

Tier 3 Premium Delivery 

With our Bunk Bed Building service, you can bid farewell to the stress and hassle of deciphering confusing instructions and handling cumbersome tools. Our experienced team will arrive at your home with all the necessary tools and expertise to efficiently construct the bunk beds from start to finish. Price per bunk assembly is £50.00.

 *Mattress bags will not be removed due to hygiene reasons.

Premium delivery must be purchased with original order.
